Hello! I’m a certified personal trainer based in Sacramento, and I’m deeply passionate about sharing my love for fitness and health. My mission is to inspire my clients, helping them to unlock their fullest potential and cultivate enduring, healthy habits.
For me, fitness isn’t confined to the gym- it’s a holistic lifestyle. I believe that what we put into our bodies profoundly shapes our ability and mindset. For years, I’ve embraced the nourishing power of a whole food, plant-based diet, and I love encouraging others to do the same.
