8 Week No Equipment Program

Perfect for beginners, this program requires zero equipment to get started, making it perfect for kicking off your fitness journey from the comfort of your home. Each week you’ll be guided through a variety of high-impact movements, designed to help you feel comfortable with the basics and build a strong foundation. At the end of the eight weeks, you’ll feel stronger and more confident with the essential movements, and be perfectly positioned to dive into more challenging programs in the gym.

8 Week Minimal Equipment Program

No gym? No problem! This program is designed to utilize just dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands to deliver maximum results. Over the course of eight weeks you’ll learn how to perfect the fundamental movements, build strength, and gain the confidence to progressively increase your weights.

You asked, we answered. The 8 Week Glute Builder program has officially arrived, and members of the Plant Fuel Portal got access before anyone else! This high-impact program features a variety of movements that will give you noticeable results in just eight weeks, and a starter session that will show you step-by-step how to get your One Rep Max numbers. If you want to get stronger and give your glutes some extra love, this is the program for you!

Overview

This program (like all others) includes an Overview module located at the beginning. Listed here you’ll find important information designed to help you get the absolute most out of your experience, including the strategy behind the program, the “weekly split” (our suggested schedule for how to integrate the sessions into your week), and what equipment you’ll need for the movements.

In addition, we’ve also included a starter session to help you find your One Rep Max numbers. Many of the sessions in this program use percentages of your One Rep Max for various movements, so completing the starter session will ensure you can dive into Week One with everything you need.

Week One

In Week One you’ll see the collection of sessions. As you click into each one you’ll find a session overview at the top, which includes a breakdown of the movements and associated weight percentages that we recommend for each one.

Every movement also includes a clear written description, with an easy-to-scan list of common mistakes, so you can complete each one with correct form and get the most out of your workout.
