  • One-on-one focused personal training. Each session lasts 60-mins and can be customized based on your needs.

  • Sessions are $75 each when purchased as standalone appointments. Clients can subscribe and save when purchased as a recurring session bundle.

    30-day Recurring Subscription:

    • 4 sessions: $300

    • 8 sessions: $575

    • 12 sessions: $775

In-Person

Duo Training

  • One-hour training session for you and a friend. Each appointment can be customized based on your goals and fitness level. Work out with a friend or partner in a fun, supportive environment!

  • Sessions are $90 each when purchased as standalone appointments. Clients can subscribe and save when purchased as a recurring session bundle.

    30-day Recurring Subscription:

    • 4 sessions: $360

    • 8 sessions: $690

    • 12 sessions: $950

Group Sessions

  • Get your sweat on in a fun, super supportive environment. Choose from our Saturday Morning Group Class with Shannon, or Small Group Training with Joey. Both options are perfect if you're looking to supplement an existing program, or ease into your fitness journey!

    Saturday Morning Class (with Shannon): Held every Saturday at 9:30am, all fitness levels welcome.

    SCHEDULE:

    • Sat: 9:30am-10:30am

    Small Group Training (with Joey): is offered Mon-Sat and has a max capacity of 8 people, so everyone gets more guidance than a traditional group class. all fitness levels welcome!

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    • Mon-Thurs: Compound Movement

    • Fri: Strength/Mobility

    • Sat: HIIT

    SCHEDULE:

    • Monday-Friday:

      • 6am-7am

      • 12pm-1pm

      • 4:30pm-5:30pm

    • Saturday: 11am-12pm

  • Daily Small Group Training (Joey):

    • Drop-in: $25/session
