Duo Training

One-hour training session for you and a friend. Each appointment can be customized based on your goals and fitness level. Work out with a friend or partner in a fun, supportive environment!

Group Sessions

Get your sweat on in a fun, super supportive environment. Choose from our Saturday Morning Group Class with Shannon, or Small Group Training with Joey. Both options are perfect if you're looking to supplement an existing program, or ease into your fitness journey!
Saturday Morning Class (with Shannon): Held every Saturday at 9:30am, all fitness levels welcome.

Sat: 9:30am-10:30am
Small Group Training (with Joey): is offered Mon-Sat and has a max capacity of 8 people, so everyone gets more guidance than a traditional group class. all fitness levels welcome!
